From Jason who gave us the quote and communicated with us throughout to his crew, I would without a doubt highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their pool pavers or any pavers cleaned, fixed and made new. Eric and Patrick worked non stop and made my pool pavers and the issues with some of my pavers disappear. Where I have had cleaning and other companies come in to do this type of work before, they went well beyond my expectations. They have refreshed and made my pool lanai area and my pavers and stone columns and permanent edging look beautiful and brand new. Very impressed with their work ethic and level of care and attention to everything they did. They even cleaned our pool filter and vacuumed out all the dirt in the pool and spa two days in a row. Jason came to our house to give us a quote on cleaning and sealing our paver padio. He was so pleasant and answered all of our questions. I even text him a few x with questions. He answered promptly and always in a kind manner.
The 4 young gentlemen that came to my house to do the work were way more professional than some older people I've dealt with. They were all very well mannered, answered all my questions and were extremely thorough in the work they did. They were here for 4 hours. They went above and beyond. Did way more than I expected. They all came to my door after they were done and thanked me for being so kind. It was me who was very grateful. These 4 young men were awesome. I can't say enough about how kind and extremely efficient they were. I would hire them again and again and twice on Sunday.

Highly recommend these guys. They had done our driveway a couple of years ago. When Jason called recently, we didn’t need anything on that. But I asked if they could power wash and seal the stone by the pool. He came out took a look and not only gave us a very reasonable quote for that but also for power washing our barbecue area and pool cage screen.
They arrive a bit early as I recall so they could get set up, started on time and were the most professional and courteous of any workers we’ve ever had.
Jason came by frequently to check on the progress and to make sure we were satisfied.
If you’re looking for any driveway, patio type work or power washing, etc. call Jason. Even if you’re not looking for the specific projects we noted above, call Jason to inquire about your specific needs. I got the sense they could do a whole lot more. Never hurts to ask!

The reviews are 100% accurate with this company. We called Jason for a quote about a month ago. He showed up in the pouring rain to keep his promise by completing an estimate! He was professional, friendly and gave us options. We decided to go with his services. His two employees, Joe and Liam showed up on 1/21/20 to complete the job. They were both extremely professional, friendly and hard working. They removed all the furniture, plants etc from the pool area. They power washed and sealed the entire area. They then put everything back to its exact place. AND they skimmed and vacuumed the pool AND cleaned the filter. They pavers look like new They also power washed our driveway and side walks. I definitely recommend them and will reuse them again when needed.

Excellent. Premier Paver Restoration performed all aspects of their job with precision. They informed us of the steps that were taken as they progressed with the job. Their performance was beyond compare. They worked in harmony with each other, cleaning as they went, as it was a messy process to remove previous sealing that was applied when pavers were wet and caused a white film to appear on all of my pavers. So, performance was EXCELLENT! The finished job was perfection. All white chalky stains were removed, sand was applied and sealer was applied (3 coats). The Premier Paver Restoration boys performed a lot of work on our household. They re-leveled our travertine, among with sealing our travertine and pavers. They also pressure washed our driveway. Outstanding! From first contact with Jason, it was clear that he was skilled at the assessment piece, and also clear in providing information to help me understand the process. He pointed out areas that would need to be re-levelled and /or re-mortared. We discussed options for some broken pavers as well as another area that I had not planned - to power wash and stain concrete. Some areas were added at no charge. The estimate was completed before he left, included Angie's discount...a very acceptable price. Over the course of the next 2 weeks or so, I attempted to compare this with 2 other companies...no comparison! 4 other members of this family-owned and operated business – hard working, no complaining, no cut corners - did the work over a 3 day period (slight delay due to rain) and for me, this project was completed in an 'easy' and stress free manner! Everything was done as promised, including clean up, and the results are beyond what I thought I could expect! From start to finish, I had many questions , all were answered clearly, patiently and in a timely manner. I contacted Jason for an estimate largely because of the superb reviews his company had. He arrived as scheduled, took measurements and explained the color restoration and sealant process for Travertine. He was polite, professional and offered what I felt was a reasonable offer. The work did have to be scheduled approximately 2 months from then, but I can understand why this company is so busy. On day one, Eric and Dustin arrived, removed the furniture and pressure washed the travertine, birdcage, screen, driveway, walkway, sidewalks, front patio and border stones. Eric reviewed the sealant process and timeline for travertine again. When it was time for the color restoring sealant, Sam and John arrived, working it in on their hands and knees. Jason also returned to review the completed restoration. The following day, John and Sam returned to replace the furniture and also cleaned out the pool. John reviewed the care and maintenance of the sealant before leaving. Everyone of these guys displayed professionalism and manners that you just don't see anymore. They were not only over-the -top courteous, but were personable, friendly and aimed to please in every way possible. My travertine looks like new again! Contacted Premier Paver in September. Received a free estimate that included pool deck, walkway pavers, driveway and sidewalks - the estimate was incredibly reasonable. Jason was very professional, and included the Angies List discount without even asking. When work day arrived the team moved all my patio furniture outside and went to town. I have never seen my pool deck look so good. Would hire them again in an instant, and will have them back for the recommended "annual maintenance!"

Famulous price and service. They moved all the patio furniture and pressure washed driveway, walkways and pool deck. They then applied multiple coats of water based sealant to all the pavers. Pavers look brand new! I would hire them again in a jiffy.
Better than I ever imagined. This was a big job since the previous sealer was oil based so had to be stripped off completely before the new sealer could be applied. Jason and his crew showed up on time, explained everything that they did and showed us their progress.They were polite ,hardworking and and did an outstanding job.
They power washed the entire lanai, driveway and an area outside the backdoor which lead to the pool pump. The prior contractor who installed the driveway and Lanai loose laid pavers leading to the pool pump. I told Jason that I had fallen there and a neighbor almost did. Jason told me they would fix it at NO additional charge. They put a new limestone base and laid extra pavers down and cemented them in securely.They also sealed it.
The prior contractor who installed the pavers did a good job with the installation, but he put inexpensive sealer down which ruined the appearance. When Jason's crew finished sealing the driveway,pool,lanai, and the area near the pool pump it was a 10.
These guys work hard all day, but when they finished it was nearly dark. I told them I wanted to see the finished product before I paid them. Many contractors would have been upset and demanding, Jason told me that he knew how I felt and I could review his work in the daylight and call him if there was a problem. I thought that showed class and maturity.
.I got up early the next day an looked at everything very closely.Their work was outstanding. I called Jason and toid him that I was tottaly satisfied and I had written his check.He told me to mail it to him, which I did.
I will recommend Premier Paver Restoration to my friends, neighbors and associates. I can see why they one Your Outstanding service award!!

Thank God for Premier paver restoration. My pavers were less than 3 years old, but looked like they
were 30 years old after they were done incorrectly by the 2 companies I hired to condition them.
Premier pavers have to be the best contractors I have ever seen perform their work. My pavers look new again, something I never thought I would ever see again. My advice to all that are reviewing this; do not waist your time with any other companies for this type of work. They are completely professional with an unparalleled work ethic, and the unbelievable part is they do not break the bank, their prices are completely reasonable. 11-12-2015, I called Jason Henke at Premier Paver Restoration and set up an appointment for the next day. Based upon that phone call, I was enthusiastic. Jason arrived on time, dressed in business attire, ready to survey the job. Most importantly were his attitude, and willingness to listen to my needs. In addition to the loss of my son, husband and dog in the past year, I have been dealing with preparing my home for sale. It concerns me when contractors that have been vetted, differ by thousands of dollars for the same job. The professionalism shown by Jason and company was such a breath of fresh air. I'm afraid that I poured out my concerns at length concerning other contractors to Jason but it was foremost on my mind at the time. He listened intently, and went about his work to provide a quote. I had no idea of the benchmark for what a fair price would be for the work involved. Honestly, I had a figure of $2-$3000 in mind, and planned to do the project in stages as I could afford it. Jason did the measuring, went to his vehicle, and came back to talk with me. He said he did a conference call with other owners of the company (a family owned business - Jason, John, Eric, Joe, Dustin, Samuel, and family). After discussing it with them, every one agreed they wanted to do the work at no charge as they put it: "In recognition for you and your husband's 20 years of military service and sacrifice to our country". I shed many tears in front of Jason. My inner spirit has been at a low ebb for months. This act of kindness was like a strong arm gently resting on my shoulder & saying, "We will get through this". It reminded me of Josh Groban, singing "You Raise Me Up". You ALL Raised ME Up... Jason contacted me each day, to coordinate their segment in conjunction with the plumbers. Premier was booked until January, but Jason rescheduled their projects. Premier arrived, as promised to remove the pavers for the plumbers. They even took up some pavers that had sunken from another company's work that went under the driveway
and repaired it. The day after the plumbing was completed, Premier arrived, on time, to complete the last of their project. Within two days, they finished the driveway, both sidewalks, pressure washed all of it, cleaned up some nasty mildew/mold, oil stains, etc. and applied three coatings of sealant, I was delighted to see the faded white pavers actually showing gray, blue, and pink colors once again. Could one ask for more? Every employee that worked on this job was exemplary, and proud of their work, as they had every right to be. I highly recommend Premier Paver Restoration. I ordered pizza, drinks and a thank you cake to be delivered to Premier before Christmas. Wish I could be there to party with such a fine bunch of folks. They remind me of the old days where good customer service was the rule and not the exception. They hope to start a campaign where other companies might recognize the military in some way. company uses high quality products and explained their products. They also went above and beyond just cleaning and sealing our pavers. For instance, they gladly removed all the furniture and other items from the lanai area and replaced them as part of the service. Other companies charge up to $200 to do this. Jason's partner, Joe, who did the work, was so pleasant to deal with and helpful too. During the process he would keep us informed of how things were going and show us "before and after" areas of the deck so we could see the difference in how the cleaning and sealing was going. Overall we were extremely happy with this company and will use them again in the future.

scrubber, pressure washed and then the sanded and sealed I think 3 times. They were at it all day. They

This family owned company has the kind of work ethic that deserves high praise! They arrived on time and were always polite. The old sealant had soaked through the entire pavers and every time they took one layer off another layer would rise to the top. From inception to finish, Premier Paver Restorations did an outstanding job. After initial contact, my call was returned the very next morning, and the deal quoted (with contract provided). It was a an easy process from beginning to end, a very professional company! Jason came to the house and quickly gave us an estimate as he has a mobile office, the estimate compared to another company offered more work for about the same price. He was very professional and answered all our questions, he explained why the pavers were shifting offering not only to fix them but to do other repairs that were necessary to restore the beauty of the area.
On the day of the work the workers arrived promptly. When I arrived home they took the time to walk me through what they had done and surprised me with some extras they had taken the time to do, it looked beautiful. The workers were courteous and polite and did a wonderful job of cleaning up, you would have never known they were there, no mess in sight. Out patio looks like it did when we first put the pool in several years ago, maybe even better.

Premier Paver Restoration did a really great job. The initial contact with Jason was very professional, he responded to my inquiry promptly. He even called the same day the job was done just to check if everything went well, and made sure that I have his contact number if I have any questions or concerns. They were already working on my patio when I got home from work. Eric knocked on my front door, introduced himself and explained where they are in the process. He also explained everything to me regarding the care and maintenance of the sealed pavers. Both Eric and Sam were very professional, neat and orderly. They moved all the furniture out, and it was neatly put away, the rug was rolled and placed on top of the other furniture (not on the ground). They were very detail oriented, they even sealed the sides of the pavers outside the screen. When they were finished, Eric offered to bring the furniture back in the patio. I will definitely call them the next time I need the pavers sealed again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their pavers restored. Premier Paver Restoration did a wonderful job from start to finish. They were able to come out very quickly to do the work. They were punctual, professional, neat and orderly. They explained everything they did and answered all questions I had. They moved everything off of the patio and replaced it before they left. After the cleaning and sealing, the pavers look brand new. I'm very pleased with the work. I was a bit concerned about my pool being a little cloudy after the work was done. I called my pool guy and he said that was normal, leave the pump running overnight and it would clear. The pool cleared after a day or two. Premier also said it would be cloudy but clear so I was glad they were right. The product they use is biodegradable. I will definitely call them the next time I need the pavers sealed and highly recommend them to anyone looking. I dreaded dealing with this in the beginning but they made it super easy!

Work started on time and was completed in 1 day as promised. The technicians noticed a line of pavers pulling away from the field and elected, at no additional cost, to reset and stabilize the row.
When leveling one of the two areas affected by roots, the technical cut thru a drain line for the water softener. He immediately call me out to notify me and then expertly repaired the break, ensuring no debris was left in the pipe.
The technicians were very polite and very concerned about meeting our expectations. Great service and great attitude.

Our Travertine pool and patios decks were in very rough shape. Discolored, faded, peeling sealer, etc. Jason's crew stripped the old sealer off and cleaned them in one day and sealed them the next. In all honestly, the Travertine pavers look like they were installed yesterday. I really think they look better than the first time they were sealed! On March 8th, 2016 I had the good fortune of having Premier Paver Restoration clean, strip and seal the pavers on my lanai and front walkway. They also rotar brushed and pressure washed my cement driveway. I cannot remember ever having a better experience with a company that did work for me at my house. Starting with Jason, their salesperson. He called me before arriving, he was on time, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He measured my lanai and then took the time to explain to me every step that they would take in restoring my lanai. They would also clean out my two french drains and trench outside both back sides where the drains ended to insure that the drains were not blocked and in good working order. On March 8th, Joe, Dustin and Sam arrived on time and immediately went to work after Joe once again explained to me what they were going to do and in what order. They worked their behinds off the entire day without really taking a break that I noticed. They were extremely polite, hard working and friendly. My wife and I love the way the pavers on the lanai and front walk look, and after having 3 coats of sealer applied we know they're going to look great for a long time. The driveway looks great as well. I cannot recommend Premier Paver Restoration strongly enough. I will definitely use them again for future projects. Since they did my lanai, they have done the house across the street from me and the house two doors down on my side. A job well done is your best advertisement. I contacted three providers. Jason with Premier Paver Restoration was very forthcoming on the processes and details of performing the work, the various finishes and their benefits, and was flexible on scheduling. His price quote was firm, and provided the option of using sand or not on day of service.
I subsequently had to reschedule to accommodate arriving guests, and Jason worked out an earlier date. On the day of service, the crew, John and Eric, arrived promptly, went through the process description again and helped me sort through the sand issue again. They promptly went to work, worked steadily and efficiently and completed the job in 3 hours. The service fee included minor re-leveling in two spots, and since there was no need, so unbidden, the crew cleaned the concrete curbing and apron adjoining the driveway and even cleaned the storm sewer cap. They were also careful to low pressure wash the entryway, plants and garage door areas to remove any debris from the power wash.
Once completed, the crew reviewed the work done, and answered questions about maintenance going forward. In every instance, they were polite, well-informed, made a professional appearance, and were cheerful.
I go into this detail because the experience was truly rare in this world where companies talk about customer service but don't actually give service. This company gives care beyond service, and they put a smile on our faces in performing routine maintenance. I checked into the DIY costs to do this, and it just didn't make sense. I recommend Premier Paver Restoration.

Extremely well. The power steering stains had sat for a good month and I was concerned it would not come out. They called and told me what they were going to use and best and worst case scenarios. Of course with any oil stain, they cannot guarantee it will come out, but I was hoping since it hadn't been more than 6 mos since they came out and cleaned and resealed it that I had better odds and I did. They were able to get it out. This is the 3rd time they had done work for me and every time I had great communication from them and great quality work! Premier Paver Restoration is one of the most responsive companies I have ever dealt with. Their communication before, during, and after the job is impeccable. They are one of the most polite, conseincous, professional companies to deal with. They take pride in their work and their reputation. I have had my driveway sealed three times prior to PPR and have never been happy with the finished product and/or how long the driveway kept its luster. I am a firm believer "you get what you pay for". PPR is more expensive than the companies I have used in the past but the price is worth it. They are not in and out in a couple of hours like most. It was an all day process. Power washing, scrubbing, power washing again, and tree coats of sealer with NO overlapping!

Every member of this team was courteous, polite, helpful, respectful, and ready and willing to help with all the details. They were on time both days and worked the entire time they were here. They never wasted any time. When a question would come up, they would ask to be sure they were doing what I wanted. They offered suggestions when I wasn't sure and explained the pros and cons. Never once did they insist something had to be done. They would simply explain the reasons we might want to consider it. They didn't smoke or swear on the job, which was much unlike previous contractors we have had. I felt this really showed their professionalism. They took all the furniture and plants off the lanai and when they were done sealing it, they wiped everything off before they returned it. I will hire these guys whenever I can use them. I called Jason for an estimate based on Angie's List reviews. Jason showed up within a day or so to provide the estimate. Jason explained everything that was to be accomplished and provided a written estimate describing the square footage and what was to be completed. I agreed to the terms and he set up the restoration within the next couple weeks. Jason's crew showed up in the time frame that they said they would be here and had the equipment to perform the job. His crew leader explained what was going to be done and answered all my questions. They do use Seal N Lock sealant which is what I had originally applied three years ago. They completed the job in 4 hours (4 guys on the crew) and my pavers looked like they did when they were first put down. I was totally pleased with their service. I rated the price as Excellent because I felt it was fair amount for the work performed and it was worth it to me.

The team at Premier did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it and for the price we agreed to. Jason responded very quickly to my request for an estimate. I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. I was given 2 options: remove old sealer for an extra charge, or not remove old sealer. I chose not to remove old sealer. Jason and his team arrived when scheduled and got right to work. Everything was done efficiently and beautifully. They even backwashed my pool filter after the work was done. Everyone on his team was polite and professional. Jason was there at the start and end of the project to make sure I had no concerns. Everything was explained thoroughly. Turns out they would have moved all my lanai furniture too! I had emptied the lanai before they came- it was just so darned hot, I hated to make them do that too. I am extremely pleased with their work and will use them again.
Update to this review: Jason called to thank me for the review. He hoped my "C" rating on price could be improved. I was offered a free pressure wash at a time of my choosing. I also mentioned some sand on the walls of my lanai from the paver cleaning process. He immediately offered to come out and clean up the sandy walls. I am beyond impressed. I was able to observe the entire operation during the time they were here and they all worked as a TEAM throughout the process! Each team member knew exactly what was needed and everyone worked together seamlessly.
They followed the exact procedure that had been outlined to us. They removed all the furniture, plants, pillows, toys, and pool supplies from our deck and moved them carefully into the yard. They scrubbed the pavers with a large industrial scrubber, then applied an acid wash to remove stains, powerwashed them, and rinsed and dried them with blowers. The next day, after the pavers had dried, they blew them off again and applied sand, carefully brushing it into every crevice. The layers of coatings came next. They applied generous floodcoats and carefully spread it over the pavers and sand to seal it. This job was not something that could have been done by a novice as my husband had hoped! The team of 4 very skilled workers plus their supervisor spent hours over
two days making sure our job was done meticulously.
The team also took care of some extras for us: They re-leveled an area of pavers that had sunk several years ago. They also re-set a
paver pad outside the door to our lanai to correct the pitch. It had been done poorly by another contractor. Water and rain had been backwashing into the lanai doorway rather than sloping away from it so that it could drain off. They did an
excellent job of correcting this and it now drains perfectly. * As a plus, this company treats women with respect. As I was the person home and who contracts with most home service providers, this is important to me.

The young men that came to my home were very hard working and well versed in the tasks required to clean the above noted pavers. The lead technician advised me on how the cleaning was to be performed and why it would be done in that manner. The crew removed all of the chairs, tables, etc. that were on our lanai before they started their work. Upon completion, they put everything back. We are so pleased that we found Premier Paver Restoration, a family-owned small business, on Angie's List. I called and left a message on April 27th and received a call back by the next day. Jason met with me within a week's times and was punctual and so professional and courteous. He took time to explain the entire process to me in detail and answered my every question. We set up June 8 & 9 for the work to be completed. Joe and John were so punctual arriving around 8:30 AM. They, too, were professional, well spoken, obviously experienced and courteous. I had a few more questions about the process and materials and they explained things to me so that I felt things were going to go well. They removed furniture and items from the lanai and patio and handled everything as if these were their own. Joe and John were joined by men at different times in completing the job. The first day, they removed the white hazy sealer (which had been left by the previous company we had used two years prior) using a pressure scrub and chemical wash. Of course, there was a lot of debris in the pool which the men made sure to clean out as best as they could. We were surprised to see that they scrubbed the decorative tiles in the pool. My husband had been planning to do that the next weekend. Before they left for the day, they pressure and chemical washed our concrete driveway and sidewalks at no additional charge. The following day, Joe returned with two of his brothers to brush sand (no additional charge) into all of the crevices between the pavers and applied two coats of a 'water-based sealer' called Seal and Lock to the pavers on the lanai and around the pool, as well as, the coping and three coats of the same sealer on the sun-soaked patio. At the end of the day, the brothers put everything back on the lanai and patio. Jason came by on both days to see if my husband and I were satisfied with the work and we gave him a resounding, "yes." It was a pleasure to meet these young men, support a family-owned business and know that the job was done efficiently, well and at the right price.

Absolutely gorgeous! Premier Paver Restorations returned our brick paver driveway to its original glory. The color had been lost due to the residue build up from inexpensive sealers purchased from big box home stores. My mistake! I didn't realize at the time that I was cutting corners. We remodeled our backyard to make a nice patio with a walkway and had our lanai included in the project about two-years ago. When we looked at the pavers this year (2015) and BBQ season on the horizon, they were looking pretty dull. I than starting making some phone calls to different paving companies. I was very impressed with the professionalism and promptness I received from Jason on the phone. When Jason came to my home to give me a quote, his appearance was professional and very polite and respectful. The price was VERY competitive for all the work that was quoted and than some. We agreed to have Premier Paver Restoration do the job. On day one when Jason and Eric arrived to start the cleaning process they moved everything off the patio, which was a lot, this was included in the price and much appreciated.. I have to say the process went so smooth and Eric did a very neat and thorough job, he was polite and courteous. On day two Jason and his team showed up to complete the job I have to say what a team! Everything went like clock work and when the job was finished ... all my wife and I could say was "it looks better than originally"!! From the initial call for a quote to completion of the job, Premier Paver Restoration far exceeded our expectations. The sales representative presented a very professional appearance and written quote which were far superior to the three other companies we requested quotes from. Also, this company quoted leveling pavers in many places in our driveway, which two other companies refused to do. On top of this, Premier Paver Restoration's quote matched the lowest other quote we received and was about $2,000 lower than the highest quote. I also respected that this company did not bad mouth other companies as some of the other companies did. The job started and finished on the days we were told they would. The workers were well groomed and very courteous. They kept us informed on progress throughout the job and left detailed instructions when they finished. Best of all is the quality of the work! Our driveway was a mess. It had a dull with a hazy looking surface from a previous sealing job by another company and had about a dozen low spots after 8 years of settling. When the job was finished, the driveway looked great. The pavers are level throughout and back to their original color!

Jason, who had provided the estimate, arrived as scheduled with two workers who he introduced. The workers, Eric and Joe, worked hard and continuously in the 90 degree heat and full sun for most of two days. They were polite and very responsive. When I asked on the morning of the second day if they would pressure clean part of the vertical face of our seawall, in addition to the top portion they had cleaned the day before, they agreed to do so. Later in the day, after they finished sealing the pavers with two coats of sealant, Joe unpacked the pressure washer and cleaned the seawall without my having to remind him or to ask again.
As they were leaving and the end of the second day, our neighbors walked over and asked Jason to give them an estimate, saying that the pavers at our house looked "new".

They have a great team of personable, trustworthy, knowledgeable guys who worked efficiently and responded to my requests, such as re-working an area of leveling. They worked on 1,800 sq. ft. of pavers for us, including the driveway, side walkway and back patio. They were very careful and knowledgeable about spot removal during the cleaning process, using sulfuric acid at one point to remove some rust marks on the pavers, and correctly guessing other spots were due to our use of a tire cleaner in the driveway. As well, they were very good at communicating the process and duration so we could work around it. They chipped a few pavers, which we don't currently have replacements for, and they didn't put some things back in place after the work was done (drain pipes), but I consider that pretty minor. I would definitely recommend them and have them back for future maintenance.
